OUR PEOPLE
We are a preeminent team of planners, designers and constructors. We’re also thinkers, creators, collaborators, teachers, learners, givers, entrepreneurs, adventurers and supporters.

Q What has been an impactful project you have been a part of?
A The COVID and the Operation Warp Speed projects we’ve done this past year have allowed us to position ourselves today for where the industry is heading tomorrow.
Q How is CRB evolving with the Life Sciences industry?
A We have been dissatisfied with conventional design-bid-build methods, and now CRB is turning to much faster and more agile solutions. We’re leveraging the predictive capabilities of AI and machine learning to build smarter, more secure and future-ready manufacturing centers. And we’re redesigning the traditional GMP cleanroom to accommodate closed and automated processes—a necessary step toward improving the cost and quality of tomorrow’s medicines.
Q What is the most meaningful CRB Core Value?
A Fun. As a company, very purposefully, having Fun as a Core Value shows that we want to make working with anyone, on anything, enjoyable, and I think that translates well to our clients. It’s refreshing to say in a proposal that doing a project is going to be fun – we mean it.
Q How can biotechnology processes add value to the Food + Beverage industry?
A With the consumer driving a lot of the things we see in the grocery store, it’s an interesting time to be in the food industry. When we look at aseptically-filled products, and plant and cellular meats, the processes to manufacture those products are rooted in biotechnology. CRB leverages our unmatched expertise in biotechnology to help bring new food products.
Q What makes CRB unique?
A CRB is unique because of its ability to focus on building a business while building the opportunities and careers of its people. We focus on bringing high value to our clients. Our goal is not to be the “average” AEC and consulting firm. Our goal is to be outstanding for our clients so that there is no question in their minds about why they hire us.
Q How do we add value for our clients?
A Our consulting services demonstrate CRB’s Core Value of Technical Excellence. We provide our clients with information and metrics to make data-driven decisions that are tailored to solve their unique problems.

Q What made you want to work with CRB, as a client, and what about CRB impresses you the most as an employee?
A Having previously worked with CRB as a client I felt like I could hire any engineering firm and my project would be successful. Everyone has the basic fundamentals of designing and/or constructing a facility. CRB took that a step further and was engaged in my success — it was more like a collaborative friendship than a client/consultant relationship. I agree with that concept and embrace it as my own with every client interaction.
Let's get to work.
